چکیده

Purpose: Humanized antibody hPAM4 specifically binds a mucin glycoprotein expressed in pancreatic adenocarcinomas. This phase I study evaluated a single dose of Y-clivatuzumab tetraxetan (Y-labeled hPAM4) in patients with advanced pancreatic cancer. Experimental Design: Twenty-one patients (4 stage III; 17 stage IV) received In-hPAM4 for imaging and serum sampling before Y-hPAM4. Study procedures evaluated adverse events, safety laboratories, computed tomography (CT) scans, biomarkers, pharmacokinetics, radiation dosimetry, and immuno-

Dose escalation of Stereotactic Body Radiotherapy (SBRT) for locally advanced unresectable pancreatic cancer patients with CyberKnife: protocol of a phase I study

BACKGROUND Dose escalation of SBRT for locally advanced pancreatic cancer patients had been reported in several studies in one or three fractions, and phase I protocol was developed to investigate the maximum tolerated dose with CyberKnife for locally advanced unresectable pancreatic cancer patients in five fractions. METHODS The study is designed as a mono-center phase I study. The primary e...

Preclinical Development Combination Radioimmunotherapy and Chemoimmunotherapy Involving Different or the Same Targets Improves Therapy of Human Pancreatic Carcinoma Xenograft Models

Chemoimmunotherapywith antibody–drug conjugates (ADC) is emerging as a promising therapy for solid tumors, whereas radioimmunotherapy (RAIT) of solid tumors has been relatively ineffective because of their resistance to radiation. We developed antibody–SN-38 conjugates that have significant antitumor activity in xenograft models at nontoxic doses. The goal of this study was to determine if an A...
